Chicago LUG Meeting + GNOME 3.10 Release Celebration

We will be meeting at 2:30 p.m. this coming Saturday, October 12 at Pumping Station: One (3519 N. Elston, Chicago). Note the time change! It isn't permanent, but we'll be starting a little later than usual for the next few meetings.

Freddy Martinez of Radicals Against Discrimination (R.A.D.) Chicago will be talking about personal information security, and Jim Campbell will have an announcement about generous server resources from a hosting provider. We'll take some time to discuss how we want to use the resources (thanks to Jim and Sheila Miguez for arranging the sponsorship :). Afterwards we'll have pizza and cake to celebrate the GNOME 3.10 release. See you then!

  1. Good, because otherwise I don't know who will make the announcement :D See you!
